James Odiah is a graduate of Economics (B.Sc. Hons) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He holds a Master Degree in Economics from Imo State University. He is also a Chartered Economist (ACE) with over 20 years of work experience in various fields.
He is a seasoned Investment Banker with proven record in Funds Management, Structured Finance, Asset Management etc. In 2009, he was elected as a pioneer Executive Member of the Funds Managers Association of Nigeria (FMAN).
He has served in various top management positions in different organizations. He was the Regional Manager (Abuja) of Spring Capital Market Plc. He also served as the Head, Asset Management Division of Spring Capital Market Plc.
Mr. James Odiah also served as Head, Business Development and Strategy for 1st October Publications. Between 2013 and 2014, he worked as Head, Government Securities and Treasury Bills Desk of Associated Discount House in the Abuja Region.
Mr. James Odiah is currently the Registrar of our Institute.
